Nominate a Ward 9 Volunteer

This fall, I will be hosting a reception to recognize Ward 9 residents who have dedicated their time to making our community a better place. Please help me recognize worthy residents by nominating someone who lives in Ward 9 (Meadowvale or Central Erin Mills) and has spent 5 years or more volunteering in any capacity in Mississauga. I would like to recognize the young people of our community who volunteer. The criteria for nominating a resident under the age of 16, is 3 years of volunteerism.

In addition, this year, I am including nominations of those people who have volunteered during the COVID-19 crisis. I know many folks in our community have stepped up to help those in our community who are in need and their work is deeply appreciated.

The recipients of the Ward 9 Volunteer Award will be recognized at a reception at the Erin Meadows Community Centre on in October 2020, and will receive a special pin to commemorate their years of service. Please fill out this form and click the submit button at the bottom right. You can also print and mail the completed form to: Pat Saito, Councillor Ward 9, City of Mississauga, 300 City Centre Drive – 3rd Floor, Mississauga, Ontario L5B 3C1 e-mail: You may also print and fax the completed form to my attention to: 905-896-5863.
