Buddy Services Centre for Seniors

SENIORS DAY PROGRAM

This program offers a range of activities, socialization opportunities, and personalized care for seniors, all at a nominal cost of just $10 per day. Our dedicated staff ensures a safe and enriching experience, fostering well-being and a sense of belonging for our senior participants.

DROP IN WEDNESDAY

We are pleased to offer Drop-In Wednesday as a special initiative to promote socialization and connection among seniors. Every Wednesday, seniors are invited to join us at our Mississauga location at no cost. This casual and welcoming gathering provides a space for seniors to come together, engage in conversations, and participate in various activities.

We believe that by offering these programs, we can contribute to the well-being and happiness of our seniors, creating a sense of community and support. We kindly request your assistance in spreading the word among your constituents, as we aim to reach as many seniors as possible who may benefit from these opportunities.

If you have any seniors who may be interested in attending our Seniors Day Program or Drop-In Wednesday, or if you would like to receive more detailed information about our programs, please feel free to contact us using the information provided below. We would be delighted to answer any questions and provide further assistance.

The Dam Drop-In | Meadowvale & Cooksville

The Dam is partnering with youth to create an inclusive community where all are welcomed, valued and respected

Adolescence is a difficult time of life, and many young people seek an understanding of where they belong.  In The Dam, everyone finds belonging, a basic human need. From the safety of being part of something, they find connections to friends, values and their self-worth. It is then that they can grow, gain confidence and become leaders.
